General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of its commercial or self-employed activity when concluding a legal transaction.

  1. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options The purchase contract is concluded with asin-store.com.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive confirmation by email.

  1. Contract language, storage of the contract text The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

  1. Delivery terms In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may still apply. You can find more detailed information about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

  1. Payment The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card By submitting the order, you provide us with your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA direct debit By placing the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one banking day in advance of the date of the account debit (pre-notification). A banking day is any working day with the exception of Saturdays, federal public holidays and 24 and 31 December of each year. The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.

PayPal To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Klarna In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found in the respective payment option and in the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been shipped and the invoice has been received.

Installment purchase via Klarna You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum rate is 6.95 euros.

Klarna credit card In the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order. No address or credit check is carried out.

Klarna direct debit You give Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the date of

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty rights shall apply. The following restrictions and shortening of periods do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

in the event of injury to life, limb or health in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up. Limitations with regard to consumers

When purchasing used goods by consumers, the following applies: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, the warranty claims are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

  1. Liability We shall be liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

in the event of injury to life, limb or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the event of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage that typically must be expected to occur with the creation of the contract. In all other respects, claims for damages shall be excluded.

  1. Dispute resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
